Measured usage

Credits, called coins in the workspace, measure software use. The cost of an AI task is shown in the workspace before use. Credits are not money and cannot be transferred or cashed out.

A monthly allowance

At subscription launch, included credits will reset each billing month and unused subscription credits will not roll over. Additional usage requires a separately priced purchase with your consent.

You keep control

Subscriptions will renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel before renewal through the billing portal, where available, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges.

Built for software

Plans cover access to available MyImpact AI software tools. Consulting, grant writing by a person, custom development, guaranteed funding and external services require separate arrangements.

Before you choose.

Can an individual subscribe?

Yes. MyImpact AI plans are intended for individuals as well as people working for organisations. A company registration is not required to enquire about a software plan.

Can I pay in Nigerian naira?

You can request a naira quote. We will confirm availability, the conversion basis, the payment provider and the final NGN total before you agree to buy. Paddle does not currently support NGN checkout, so a Paddle purchase is charged in a supported currency such as USD. Your bank may convert that charge and apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Are these the same as one-time coin packs?

No. These launch plans are monthly software subscriptions. Existing workspace coin packs are separate one-time purchases with their own prices and terms; they do not automatically create a subscription.

What happens if I cancel or need a refund?

Cancellation stops future renewals and normally keeps access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy, including its provisions for unused initial purchases and paid access that is not delivered. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

Are all tools available in every country workspace?

Features vary by workspace. We will confirm your workspace and available tools before activation. AI output needs human review; a subscription does not guarantee accuracy, funding or a programme outcome.
